Pheasant Fest

Alot of good seminars from guns, dogs, hunting, to habitat. Nice display booths also. A pheasant hunter's dream convention.

I would love to go, anyone want to carpool from California?

Niceshot, I'm starting to question your commitment to pheasant hunting. What logical excuse do you have this year? Last year's excuse about having to work was pretty weak.

I'm still undecided. I don't want to miss work, but I also really want to be there. Only a 2.5 hour drive for me though, so I'll probably figure it out the day before.

Any opinions on which day to go would be the best?

Just thinking that the first day everything might not be set up 100% and the last day I'm sure everyone wants to get out of there.

Yep, you guessed it Barry. Sat. might be the best one. It is a full day and probably the most well attended. When I go for the habitat seminars though I can't get them all attended in one day. Takes all 3.

Sorry guys I started a thread about Pheasant Fest because I didnt see this one on here. I cant get it deleted so hopefully the moderator will help me out and remove it. I too am wanting to make my first trip to Pheasant Feast, is it something that I can entertain myself for three days with or is one enough? Also anyone ever attend the banquet and dinners or are they a waste of time and money?

I would think you could entertain yourself for two or three days. I usually go two days and there's still stuff I miss. I don't know about the dinners.
