So what do you all think about the numbers this year? Are they better the same or less?
So far around here they seem to be about the same.

I would contend that the area I hunt in NE SD that the numbers are up. Just what I've experienced so far this fall.

Hunted with a farmer friend and some of his family
And friends…they have lots of ground, much of which is good habitat…there are lots of birds…we hunted sloughs, CRP, food plots…some of the sloughs and low grassy ground held big #’s, kind of what you’d expect to see in 4-6 weeks when all corn is down and it’s cold and snowy…so what we’ll see in 4-6 weeks will be impressive…
