Happy Holidays Fellow Pheasant Hunters,

Just discovered this site and had to join because pheasant hunting is a passion with me.
I have hunted the little rascals for over 40 years and just love it. I had an excellent springer
spaniel years ago and now hunt with a german shorthair that loves to hunt as much if not more than I do. I look forward to reading your posts and hope that I can contribute. I currently live in the Des Moines, Iowa area about 20 minutes from public hunting areas.

Hi Merlin, hope to get to know ya a little I am kinda new too.I still hunt those old Springers.To warm up to some of these die hards on here it sounds like we either have to take em hunting or have a couple beers with em.
The only thing is I haven't found out there flavor yet.:cheers:
