nesting in SD

Currently in SE SD visiting family. I have taken a drive on the gravel roads the past two mornings. I'm seeing some pairs ....rooster and hen together. I would say in about a month there will be broods showing up. I would have to say that nesting conditions right where I am are ideal....still a bit cool...but everything is green and looking good here in Turner County. Most of the corn is planted and some is already up!
