Thanks for the heads up I read and printed off the forecast. With the amount of rain and improved cover that brings, I finding it a little hard to understand that the pheasant outlook only amounts to 'same as 2013 or slightly better'. I would think it would be significantly better but that's probably just wishful thinking - I know these things take time. The quail forecast sounds good though.

I will be interested in hearing some reports from the ground as the season gets closer.
