More rain?!!?

Starting to POP here, the only problem is they are not moving . Was hoping they would move east. No upper level winds to steer these storms. Could be a gulley washer if it hits here!!!

Hail 1.75 inch fell 3 miles south of WaKeeney in Trego County, This evening.
 
Looks like we could get some. So far just a sprinkle. I planted my fall food plots for the deer over the weekend and they are cultipacked and just waiting for some rain.

The National Weather Service in Topeka, KS has issued a

* Flood Warning for
the black Vermillion river at Frankfort.
* Until this evening.
* At 4:30 am Tuesday the stage was 18.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage by early this morning and
continue to rise to near 19.4 feet by this morning. The river will
fall below flood stage by late this morning.
* Impact... at 19.0 feet... minor flooding of lowland areas occurs along
the river from Vermillion to the mouth of the black Vermillion
river.

the big Blue River near Blue Rapids.
* Until Thursday morning.
* At 3:00 am Tuesday the stage was 25.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage by early this morning and
continue to rise to near 27.3 feet by this afternoon. The river
will fall below flood stage by Wednesday before midnight.
* Impact... at 26.0 feet... minor lowland flooding occurs from
Marysville to Tuttle Creek Lake.

The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
Cowley County in south central Kansas...
northeastern Sumner County in south central Kansas...
Sedgwick County in south central Kansas...

* until 830 am CDT Thursday

* at 826 PM CDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area.

Doppler radar estimated between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen
across the area from Wichita to north of Winfield. Additional
rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches possible across Cowley County.
Street flooding has been reported in southeast Sedgwick County.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams... country roads... as well as farmland along the
banks of creeks and streams.

Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the
roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross
safely.

To report flooding... have the nearest law enforcement agency relay
your report to the National Weather Service forecast office in
Wichita.
