January

I have a dilemma this year, I'm not sure how much to hunt my 12-year-old yellow. She just tags along behind me, but leaving her in the car would just be a crushing blow to her. She's been a great bird dog, and first and foremost a great family pet .

I really enjoyed my South Dakota. trip last year, I got on a few good places knocking on doors. The motel was expensive, and outdated, there was no Cafe in the town, but I like the town.I wish there was a better motel,a cafe, maybe a day spa and supper club.

I would take her and let her hunt smaller fields and have fun. None of us are what we used to be.
Yes my hunting skills have deminished since turning 60.I have to be careful to keep her out of thick cover.Last year she got stuck in the muck .Her leg strength isn't very good. She walks 2 miles a day all year.
