In your rig, well your in the field..a question

PV,

We do have a few Ironwood trees here in the flatlands of Oklahoma. It sounds to me that your friend has some serious woodworking skills.

He does woodworking as a living. Altogether from the time he started to presen he has been doing 40+ yrs.The winter after he did the cap he pulled the truck into his shop and got his chisels out and did a bunch of carvjng on it of all the upland birds and 8 different gun dogs. If I can get a good pic of it and if he still has the truck I'll post it.

Would like to see that for sure

Going to ask him if he can do it for my truck. The amount of work he did on his took a lot of time. I asked how much time and he said it was 40 hrs plus to do it.

I've heard of these "smash and grab" deals but never been a victim... Thank goodness, because I'd probably track the guy down and bury him in the desert...

Seriously though, I've always got a couple guns with me in the field. If someone wanted em bad enough they would only need to bust out a window and make a run for it. My dogs however are a different story. Lets put it this way, I DARE you to steal one of my dogs. Now, my dogs are very well socialized animals and wouldn't hurt a flea. But when they are alone in the rig they are "on duty"...;)
