How many MN counties have you personally shot pheasants in?


I am coming up with 27 counties +/- a couple.

Anywhere from 10 minutes from my house (developed and gone now) to 190 miles from my house.
 
I'm gonna say 6 or 7. I grew up in the middle of pheasant country, so I never had to travel much.
 
I'm guessing of course but I would say a dozen. Mostly in West Central and South Western Minnesota. This is over a course of many years though. Early on growing up, I did much of it in 1 or 2 counties around the Northfield area, where my grandfather got me hooked.

You guys probably won't belive me. Only 2 in Minnesota.

In South Dakota there is 66 Total Counties. I've probably hunted in 40-50 of them.

I hunt as close to home as possible and generally never travel more than 10 miles from my house to hunt. I hope that never has to change.
 
I grew up hunting pheasants in MN. Been a while. Without trying to figure it out on map. Lots of counties come to think of it, including as far North as Hubbard County and down on the Iowa and SD borders. I bet at least 20.
