Harmon

I was in the upper deck in left at the old met. Harmon hit a blast that bounced up a few rows in front of me. Almost got it but a big kid beat me to it.
What a blast!!!
Harmon was great! Thanks for the memories.

MN lost a hero today, a sportsman and a legend. Harmon Killebrew
Thanks for the memories Killer.

 If everyone in the world was like Harmon we wouldn't have any problems. A true gentleman and a class act. An excellent example for all of us to follow.

Harmon wore the number 3 when he played. It you notice that in last night's game, on the day of his death, the score was 2-1 (total of 3 runs) and that each team had 3 hits. Dont tell me there isn't a higher power some place.

AMEN! X2 a ambassador not only to baseball but to the whole human race

Really nice article in the KC Star, yesterday about Harmon. Spent one year at KC at the end of his career. At a time that the Royals were young and getting to a point where they were learning to win. He was instrumental in teaching them a competetive old school, hard nosed approach, that helped them be a really good team for the next 15 years, even though his productive days were behind him. As said a real class act and a thrill to watch at the park. always had time for the kids. they don't make them like that anymore, I'm afraid.
