Gunne Update

Songreat to hear. Build up that muscle and you'll be in the field in no time i'm sure. Tony will make a great teacher.
 
CD, My trainer said no, that Tony would not be a good teacher. Here's why. Good hunting dogs have their hunting style built into their genes. It just has to be developed along with confidence. The things a pup usually picks from an older dog are its' bad habits. So he recommends run them seperate and let the pup come along at its' own pace.........Bob
 
I respectfully disagree bob heres why I have always hunted my young pups with the older ones the old dogs know all the ropes and helps out the youngster by showing them yes a good hunting dog is born not made but the older dogs will help guide them in the right direction

Jim, your not disagreeing with me. It was my trainer that said that when I asked should I run Gunne with Tony. He was training Gunne on live birds.......Bob
