What changed?

A mild winter. Now there needs to be some timely rains so that the chicks survive or it is all for nothing. Good spring counts don't always lead to good fall numbers.

My brother and I aired had a fun day out there even though we didn't get any birds in range. I wish I had planned more than a day in that area but hopefully I'll get back there soon. Who knows, maybe even this fall.:cheers:
