Sadly, I am trying to find a really good home for my GSP. I am only considering it and gauging interest, but not necessarily set in stone on giving him away. I am just looking if there is anyone on here that has some land and the time to put into this dog. He would have to go to the right candidate and hunting family is a must. He is only a year and a half old. He has gone through the foundation program with Steve Chang @Godfather Gundogs when he was a year old. I hunted him this past season on wild birds. I just feel bad because this dog needs some room to roam and the exta time put into him. He has way too much energy for my family to handle. I have three kids so I don't have the extra time right now either that he needs.
He patterns well, loads to kennel command, has a medium range, comes on here command, he heels ok and his pointing is ok (he will need extra training for this, I recommend whoa breaking him) and is gun broke. But he will find you birds all day long.
He is one of the best looking GSP's I have seen around white and liver colored. He has no mean bone in his body. PM me if you want to talk about it and tell me your situation. I will only give him away to the right candidate. Thanks!
