Yes, Mr. Jones may have gotten off to a slow start, but if you stick with him, I think the 2 of you will turn your franchise around. River will supervise, of course, to eliminate all chances of grabass & make sure you boys stay on track.

I am *shocked* people don't know what is the best breed of hunting dog. Clearly, it is the wiener dog.

Is there a particular thread on here for this topic, or do you mean it is across a bunch of past threads? I'd be interested in reading what people have to say.
 
There was a thread a while back that centered on Flushers, Pointers and "Versatile dogs" (whatever that means). It went on for a while, and like others on the same topic, ended up with what works for you.

I knew a guy who actually hunted with a beagle, and that thing actually did hunt!

Lab guys sorry but....

My friend has 2 labs and after hunting with my buddies vdds and my weims informed us that he told his better half "when the old dog can't hunt anymore we are getting a versatile". He says it's just too simple not to.

Those "world championships" sure were great wins. Back when guys wore leather helmets and rode a horse to the game. There were about a dozen teams in the league. Might as well call yourself a world champion if you win the bush league beer bash baseball series. God has a good sense of humor no doubt.

I'm gonna put Skye up against Mr. Jones. We won't have to worry about losing birds. And if there's a mountain lion in the Russian olives she'll have that old cat running out the other side before you can blink.

I look at it this way. Since the MN Vikings and Dallas Cowboys joined the league, the Green Bay Packers have only won 7 world championships, including the last 3 peat. Even if you get rid of the leather helmet titles, the Packers still have the most.

God's team.

Green Bay has certainly had some awesome teams, Bart Star.com Paul horning,Jim Taylor,Donnie Anderson,Boyd dowler,Jerry Kramer.
