Ok, I'll try to keep this short...First, I have a Benelli Montefeltro with a 28" barrel. I want a 26"...so; I was in Gander Mtn. (Amarillo) and a old man was looking at a new Benelli Montefeltro 12ga. w/26" barrel. The site was bent and it was the only one on the rack; however, there was also a used one on the used rack. The old man says to the gun mgr., "I'll buy the new one if you put the used barrel on it because of the bent site." Gun mgr. says, "OK". So, JMc says, "well hell, if you are going to do that, how about I bring you my 28" barrel and swap you for the new one with the bent site?" Gun mgr. says, "OK". I hustle home, swap barrels, small tap on the site and good as new. Now I am the proud owner of a 26" Montefeltro.
