Excercise during the Winter

Cool video Croc. If I were to take some video of me doing that, it would be a lot slower and a few crashes thrown in. I've been taking Clark, my one year old lab, for walks 3-4 days a week along with hitting the fitness center at work. I let myself slip a bit during the holidays but have taken it more seriously since then.

My neighbor feeds squirrels and a couple of them discovered my oak tree. My Fr. Brits hate squirrels. Plenty of exercise and vigilant guarding of the yard. At times I think I have a pack of fiests.
