It has been a long droughth for you guys. It is getting some better isn't it?

Yeah, Haymaker! We're probably 3 inches above normal for the year at this point. I don't understand the haying and grazing declaration for my county. If these folks haven't reduced their herds by the third year of this drought, they should be out of business. One of the intrinsic requirements of farming/ranching on the great plains is having a plan for drought.

I'm confused about which fields they can and can't hay/graze in corrallation with the fields that they've allowed to be hay/grazed the past 2 years.

Well they got half the field last year, since it hasn't grown back, I guess they'll have to get the other half, so it can be golf course clean by fall.
