Wow, what a bull! Congratulations.

I am in the process of planning elk camp 2013. It has been a couple years due to health issues since I was in camp. Still have issues, but plan to get back this year with both my sons in camp with me for the first time and one of their friends also. Will decide this weekend if we apply for a fourth season either sex or elect to do an OTC 3rd season bull hunt. I am getting excited.

Seeing your bull on the wall adds to the excitement. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice bull, Bleu! Congrats!

Those 8 bulls hanging around my house are starting to lose their
horns now. Problem is too much private land to search for sheds.:cheers:

Fred , I thought you owned from the river to the Park ?:D

Nice critter! Nice place to display him to.:thumbsup:

Yes, this is the one that had at least 6 PowerBelts pulled from the hide! So , I guess he is the PowerBelt Bull!!! Although he fell to my rifle.:cheers:

SWEET!!!!:coolpics::10sign:

No one officially aged him!! I am guessing 8yr. Has a bunch of fighting scars! Judging what his body was size wise, I don't think too many pushed him around and I bet a few lost some horns or tines over the years. There is a bunch of broke up elk in the region down there!! Always fighting and a good age class of bulls between 7-10 years old!! DWM told me the worst fight he witnessed was in early March, which surprised me. He thought it was going to be to the death! A good 30 minute battle!! I seen a few in November that would just turn around and knock the piss out of a bull behind him walking. I think there is some sort of Fraternity down there and if one elk feels you don't belong, he puts you into place!!:cheers:
