Agree Goose, hunting eastern MT and it is ridiculously dry. Tough scenting but easy to keep track of the dog... watch for dust clouds! Putting on a lot more boot miles avoiding driving on grassy 2 tracks spot to spot.

These sharp burrs and thistles are outrageous this fall.Very hard on dogs!!
