Here's another example of the mainstream media completely butchering a story involving guns or hunting.

Shot is "shrapnel."

No. 6 shot is "a six-shot."

Come on, people. This is ridiculous!

I remember years ago when bobby knight was coach at indiana and he shot someone while bird hunting the next game they played the whole student section dressed in orange it was funny seeing it on tv lol

Yeah, that was a riot! It was in Wisconsin. He also got popped for hunting without a Wisconsin license. Typical Knight – acting like the rules didn't apply to him.

Reporter didn't know enough background for the assignment. Reminds me of newspaper stories about military personnel where, for example, an E-7 such as a marine gunnery sergeant is referred to as "sergeant" so-and-so as the story progresses, thereby losing two ranks.
