100% chokes matter.  I just got back from SD. Took my Beretta 20 ga O/U.  I had carlson’s IM/M chokes in the barrel.  Missed a few the first day of hunting.  The owner of the land we hunt on said, you need to go tighter on your chokes.  I was hesitant since I thought those would work.  But I thought about it and decided I should do what he says for at least one day.  I didn’t have anything tighter with me, so I went to Cabela’s in Mitchell to pick up some chokes.  got a factory IM and Full (they had “returned” factory cokes for $5 each).  With those in, I was hammering birds.  Chokes make a huge impact on your shooting.  I’m getting ready to get a Browning A5 sweet 16 and I’ll have a Trulock or Briley IM in next year (to start with).  I’ll have a Mod at the ready, just in case.
