Best POV pheasant hunt vid....

I've provided a link to the best POV vid I've found on Youtube yet. Please share a link if you know of any "must see" UPLAND clips out there. It's hard to find a quail vid where you can actually see the quail.

The rooster flush9ing at 12:50sec is one of the best I've seen on film.:thumbsup: It's neat to see him kick to the side like that then cruse on out.

Did you post this one here before? I ain't got the best memory.....wasn't sure where/how I found it. However, I was smart enough to save it to my favorites so I can find it regularly.:rolleyes:

Agreed about the one at 12:50. His other videos are good too.

Those dogs look like their training was 100% on-the-job. Nothing like a good meat-dog to put birds in the pot.:D Except for that lab that kept walking away with the bird. I think he wanted to put pheasants in his belly.;)
 
That was a good clip Gustav! I've spent countless hours searching youtube for new pheasant videos. Anymore I'm tired of sifting through all the ones I've seen before. Thanks for sharing!!
 
The guy in the second video needs a dog in the worst way... I kept thinking that any mutt at his local pound would be better than nothing. What fun is shooting birds and then running across the field to find them? Perfectly illustrated by the bird chasing scene. Daisy would have ended that chase before it started. :thumbsup:
 
Looks like great fun. My first trip to SD we hunted in the snow. I love it. I also liked around the 9 min mark the Lab pup getting some OJT.

Did you see that he is shoooting a CZ-USA O/U. You would think with the money he saved buying a CZ that he could afford a couple of dogs!:D

I have done that same Rooster chasing dance too, but with a few dogs mixed in to boot!
