Alright guys its to quiet around here. Anyone going to hunt any new ground this season?

Last year I fell in love with Mojave and I plan to make that an annual trip. This year I'm hoping I get my sage grouse permit which will put me in Mono county. If not I want to head up near Humboldt to try for a ruffy. Then around Susanville for chuks and then a few days in the Klamath basin for so roosters hopefully.

Everythings good Scott.

I'm not sure yet but I plan on heading there for new years and I'm planning on 3 or 4 days to allow for travel time and hunting.

I am headed to a small new place for me........ Montana for a week. :D

I'm jealous!

Once I get my sage grouse, ruffy, and ptarmigan I'll be done with my goal of all game birds here and I'll be ready for some out of state trips.

Always. Everywhere.

:cheers

Now that we're finally settled into the house, I'm hoping to get out there more this year. Not sure how far I'll be able to travel, but I think getting back up to Spenceville will be fun. I'd love to try Susanville as well. Just itching to get the dog out ANYWHERE right now!
