Am I the only one with birds to eat yet?

Well I have been out of pheasant for months.....but fresh quail and chuckar from dog training are a nice substitute.
 
Still have a few in the deep freezer and planing on making some sausages. Getting ready for another year harvest
 
I work in an office full of hunter at CZ-USA and we have a donation freezer for employees to drop off excess game for other employees to share in the harvest. It even has changed some non hunter into hunters too!!!
