New Mexico is where i am, in south west is slightly better I think than last year. I hunt every day so to keep dogs fresh I hunt just morning’s. I am averaging about a covey a day found. Today we hit 2!

Well mara5 in addition to losing the benelli above in this thread. I did the same thing with a citori too!!!!! Always put dogs away first back to the truck close to a busy road . Talked to a pf guy I knew. Heard something side off the top of my suv, and watch the citori roll on the gravel road...

Kent upgraded their bismuth several years ago, it has new chemistry. It is less likely to fracture than the competition. That said other mfg. may have moved to the new alloy, I can’t say?
