Groomsmen gift advice.

Hi All,

I will be getting married next September, and I am looking into gifts ideas for my three groomsmen. They are all hunters, mostly pheasant. Only two of the three have hunting dogs. I would like to get them something related to hunting. Any ides would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your help!

How much $$$ are you planning to spend? How about new hunting vests or upland jackets, chaps, UA gear, etc.
 
I got a quality hunting vest in 1969 as a gift for being the best man. I used it every season until it got to small but I still have it--to many good memories to get rid of it.:cheers:
 
I gave engraved Browning pocket knives. They seemed to like that. For the bachelor party we started out with sporting clays. That was a hit.

Good luck and FYI, don't do what I've done; Instead, try to go celibate from January through March.:D Otherwise you're be in the situation I'm in with a little one due right smack dab in the hunting season;)

Best groomsmen gift I ever got was a pair of Browning knives with my name on them. (Not from the previous poster :laugh:) They are sharp and useful. Pretty thoughtful gift for a hunting buddy.

Worst groomsmen gift I ever got was a pair of black socks... cause they didn't come with the tux and the bride didn't want to take any chances...:mad:
 
How about a set of those shot glasses shaped like shotgun shells. It seems like I've seen them in Cabelas catalog or even PF catalog. Don't forget a little something to put in those shot glasses:cheers:
