Here are some pics of my 2010 season. Way to many months before 2011 starts. Lets see some pics of your 2010 season to help get us buy till we can hunt again.

This was the last bird of the season.

Some days were great some were tough.......Pretty much all were perfect in one way or another. This pic is from the last wild bird hunt in late december (SD). The quality of these birds was awesome. They all were big with beutifull plummage. I think we ended the day 1 bird short.

I had a fantastic season. No I didn't kill a ton but the few days I got out in Minnesota as truly memorable. I already have plans to enjoy more days afield next year. Great pics guys. Keep them coming

Minnesota was a blast again this past season! My Wife and I took 34 off of Public Ground this past year, granted we were down quite a bit from 52 the year before but we got snowed out for the last 4 weeks of the season. We have decided that snowshoes are on "the List" for next season. I will get the Yearly Total Photo up as soon as the snow melts and we can get into our yard to take the photo!!

Nice pics all of you.
We have to get you guys to use photo bucket so when I'm at work I can view them on my phone without logging in.

The smile says it all

Day Three of his 1st pheasant hunt. Froid had been trailing this rooster for probably 1/4 to 1/2 mile through a winding creek bottom. As soon as he got hot (helicopter tail), I knew that he was on the bird.
Pretty happy for a 15 month pup on his 3rd day on wild ringnecks.

Not seen in photo. After another 20-30 yards...all hell broke loose, as our group had 3-4 more roosters pinched in between our group.

Great pictures and great storie. There is nothing better than seeing all the hard work you put into you dog pay off. Congrats:thumbsup:

I have this thing that I always forget the camera. LOL:D I am terrible about that. But here is a few. All shot near home, never took any big trips, just me and one of the hounds in the back 40. I just wish our season would have lasted with better access longer.

Nice pics Fc, I too am very bad at getting any action shots! I notice none of your dogs have a "racing stripe" is that just a coincidence? The second pic, the one of Lady with the 2 roosters the bird on the right has a nice long tail.:10sign::coolpics:

It's not last season but I'm going to sneek this picture in here.
My wife was nice enough to send this to me last night at work. Nice tail:thumbsup: that is better looking then a 10 point buck.

No LOL, I like dogs with collor but I pick for tallent. I have one here with a racing stripe that will be for sale.:D It just ended up that way. Lady and River both have a real narrow one hard to see in pics. But I get pups with full blazes though. That does not seem to matter.

I went for a tour after work and saw birds all over, they made it through fine.

I figured this much, just found it odd that none had the wide stripe so prominent on most springers. When I went to pick out my pup there was a guy that had 2nd pic choosing his pup based on markings. My pup was still with the litter while I talked about training with the breeder, but had a collar indicating he was mine. The guy picked up my pup for a second, put him down, and said he was ugly. Some way to pick a bird dog.:D Ugly? I think not!

Btw.:coolpics: Everybody, thanks for sharing.
