Irish Setter Boots

I had a pear Irish setters, they were dry comfortable. But they leaked after 6 months even when treated. I found out their warranty is only good for 6 months. While loved the boots I didn’t like having to treat them every time I went out

I just bought a pair a couple weeks ago because fleet farm had them for $69.99. first time out in wet grass my feet were as wet as the grass. They're comfy and the sole is great but that's about it. Do not expect them to keep your feet dry.

I tried a pair of elk trackers this spring when Scheels had them on sale for $125. Not waterproof. Ended up taking them back and getting the uninsulated Lacrosse Lodestars since I've been really happy with my 400g Lodestars I bought in 2022. If you want a true mountain style boot that the elk tracker XD is trying to emulate, go with a mountain boot brand; Crispi, Kenetrek, Zanberlan, Lowa, etc. Plenty of sites carry them on clearance/sale.

D width
Tag says 865 which may be the model
Sorry, need a wide width. I think those elk tracker might be too stiff for me anyway.
