Heading today to the Happy Hunting Grounds in NW for the last two days of the season. Got a turkey tag too. May stop at an Ellsworth Co. walk-in in route this afternoon. Feelin' lucky, ya know? ;) Anyone else plan on wasting their time and money as I am? :D

We're making our last pass through the ground on Saturday morning.

Unfortunately, I have to call basketball games on Saturday afternoon so it looks like I have to call it a season around noon. Regardless, it's been a lot of fun.

Crappy weather or not 4 of us are headed back to the north central area. Not much for rainy weather hunting but got a setter in his first season and want to get him on as many wild birds as I can. Hope we scratch down a few. Done really well this year around the area were going to.

That's it, get that young setter out.
 
Headed out in the morning south and a little further south saturday. Gonna attempt to wear out one orange and white pointer if possible.
