Youth Pheasant Season

Who is taking kids out youth hunting Saturday? My dad and I will be taking my son 10 and a family friend who is 12 in an attempt to get them both their first rooster.

We saw plenty of birds lost one due to the dry conditions yesterday and they were able to connect on one today.

Good man BB. I am concerned about the temps for the opener. It might just be a quick 1 hour go, if the temps are bumping 50* to start.

We found the majority of our birds near water. No water=no birds. We watered the dogs about every 45 min or so.

I have a 10 year old nephew that I hope to get out.His mom is a religious fanatic, so we shall see.
