WPG opinion?

So I already have a thread. I am just trying to get more results. So what are your guys veiws on the Wirehaired Pointing Griffon breed. I pheasant hunt but I am also wanting to take up Waterfowl hunting.

it sounds like you have your mind made up on the wpg , i still think you need to find a club that has a bunch of wpg's in it and go watch how they compare to the other breeds you had in mind ,maybe they'll live up to your expectations or maybe you'll see a breed that will change your mind,just a thought.
 
A good versitle breed, generally a little closer working and less agressive in field than other breeds. I have seen more zip in some of the WPG at the spring tests so check the breedings for what you want. Excellent dispositions and family dogs.
Of course there is always the Pudelpointer........!
