After two years of not having a pup, even took a year off from hunting after loosing my first GSP well the wait is over. Today I go pick up my new GSP puppy, 9:00 am cant get here fast enough, I have gone out to see my little guy 5 times since his birth I haven't been this excited since I was a kid!! Anyways I will be posting pics later today, guess I will go and have some breakfast :cheers:

Hey guys its apparently been awhile since I uploaded I am struggling or maybe its the lack of sleep due to Samson choosing to stay up all night lol!! I went back and read up on FAQ on how to upload but it aint working :confused:

Do you have photo bucket or another free site for your pic's? I just put my pic's in Photo Bucket and then choose which photo I want to put on the site and click on it. It will enlarge with the choice of 3 options on the right side.I choose direct link option and click on it and then it says Copied. I then go on the UPH site and hit reply and then click the stamp with the mountain on it. A little box shows up. I then hit control V as in victor and it inserts your Photo bucket pic code address. Then just hit submit. Hope this helps

I did see a pic of you holding him!! Proud Pappa!! Somehow when I got notified on the thread it had a Photo Bucket link and I clicked on it first and saw the pic!! Was this the one from Cheryl?

@BleuBijou No I wasn't able to make her list, I ended up making the list with another breeder back in Dec, the cool thing is Samson (the new pup) is related to my previous GSP, Chief on the Sire's side Chiefs father is his grandfather, now only if he can hunt half as hard as Chief

@ The Pheasinator, man he is a real handful maybe even two handfuls, I'm not sure if its because its been awhile since we have a had a puppy or because he is so darn stubborn he is pretty smart though, he knows his name after less than 48 hours and also what "leave it means" because well he hears those things 1000 times a day lol now if I could get him to sleep through the night :eek:
 
That's great that you found some lineage from your dog Chief!He will settle into his new home and want to please his owner very soon. The stubborn part I have yet to figure out myself. I know my dogs all know some things very well, yet they look me in the eyes and still do some stuff that is not o.k. The fun of dogs!! Keep posting his progress!!:thumbsup:

I love that first picture with the two chew toys. His expression in his eyes seems like he's saying: "Really? Whoever got this orange thing must not have seen the size of my mouth. Check back with me in about 6 months."
