The Ol' 28

I wish I had a nickel for every time somebody has written that the 28 kills better than it should. Must be something to it and someday I'll give one a run.

You can get 1 1/16 ounce loads for it from b+p...

I've seen the 15/16oz loads but I've never seen anything over an ounce and honestly I don't see the need. I never throw more than an oz out of my 20ga and sure wouldn't want to out of my 28ga.

Some sweet pics guy's. I think I might add one to my collection in the future! Sounds like some classic hunting, I like a run of o/u's in each gauge, now that would be the utillment .

Correct me if I'm wrong guys but I believe CZ is the only company offering gauge specific frames on their O/Us without going to an expensive gun like an AyA.

Boy do I love my 28er, awesome upland game dropper....12er stays home most of the time

Right off, I can see one major problem with the 28ga on upland birds.......

which make is built slim and trim?for instance , i hear about 28's built on 20frames,just curious

The 48al is built on is own frame and all of the CZ models have gauge specific frames. Higher end guns like AYA and Merkel have also make gauge specific frames but other than that I'm not sure.
