I would say neither if the president and the activists have their way and ban all guns. Anybody else hear of some international gun treaty our president is "allegedly" pursuing?
 
yes, fat thighs Clinton is trying to sign a UN ban on small arms......once guns are confiscated the government looks like Libya.
 
Don't think you can generalize so broadly, different forms of each will see both issues and good days ahead.
I would expect that hunters will see more and more changes re access, expense and limits on shot.
