Breast them.
Place in a freezer bag one at a time and pound them flat with a meat mallette or a small heavy pan. You just want to get them flat and about the same thickness throughout.
Put them all in the bag, add some fresh chopped rosemary, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and grill over some coals.
