Breast them, wrap them in bacon, marinate in Italian dressing for 4-5 hours. Then grill them. Baste them with a little melted butter and fresh crushed garlic while grilling.
and a beer or cocktail for the cook while they cook. Some mashed potatoes with butter and a fresh tossed salad on the side with Blue Cheese and Western French dressing.

Breast them.
Place in a freezer bag one at a time and pound them flat with a meat mallette or a small heavy pan. You just want to get them flat and about the same thickness throughout.
Put them all in the bag, add some fresh chopped rosemary, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and grill over some coals.
Simple Italian recipe that even non-game eaters will love. I did these at a tailgate party earlier this year. Even my wife and daughter, who won't touch game, loved them.
