Seen at Cabelas, they have Smith and Wesson Elite Gold on sale for $1300. The gun has been discontinued, but don't know to much else. They were retailing around $2000.

There is one at Gander Mtn. in Amarillo and I can't keep my hands off of it. Haven't bought it.....yet! They feel and look great. I read a test on one but cannot find it and don't remember the mag. You might do a search on it. I think it rated pretty high but priced itself out of the market.

What's the price at Gander? I think the 1300 is at all Cabelas because they made a big purchase of the guns.
