Hi all,

I was just curious if anyone has been down in this area recently? How is the harvesting progress right now?

I was out in Lac qui Parle a few weeks ago and it was rough but we saw plenty of birds. Just trying to put together my post Thanksgiving weekend now.

I was hunting just south of there in the Willmar area on Friday. Farmers were out hitting it hard that day. I would guess overall from a general observation that half the corn in that area is out. Some areas it looks like all of it was out while a few miles down the road there were still some big fields that haven't been touched.

I would fair to guess that if the weather holds another week or possibly two and the bulk will have been harvested.
