Solar Farms = Habitat Destruction ?

I get it, sometimes a gas one is better.

Its the right to choose that we should be making on our own, is my point. I remember when those battery/electric augers first came out and the ice crowd looked at them and thought they'd never be a thing. That's almost all you see now.
In Minnesota, I guessing many of us will be giving that same look as after Jan 1 2025 “all new lawn and garden equipment sold will need to be powered solely by electricity.”

Did that bill actually pass? I can't find anything that it passed. I saw it only as a proposed bill.

I’ve been using battery-powered tools for a while now, and honestly, they’re pretty convenient. Last summer, I switched to an electric mower and was surprised at how quiet it is compared to gas ones. Plus, I love not dealing with the fumes! For anyone considering this change, it’s worth checking out solarsmart.ie for tips on how solar panels can help power your electric tools. Since I installed solar panels last year, I’ve been able to charge my tools right from the sun, which feels pretty good. It not only saves money but also helps cut down on emissions. If you’re making the switch, investing in some good quality batteries is key.
