I just heard that Shane Dronett passed away. He was a avid bird hunter shown here:

I only got to hang at the bar in Sioux Falls for a night with him, Ralph Tamm, John Burrough, Scott Martin, Scott's film crew & Tony Nickles (Pheasants4Ever) the night before they went pheasant hunting about 4-5 years ago, but it was a honor getting to know him. Boy was he a character & a good guy. He even called the "webguy" the "webguy". That was back when I was running and the Admin for Pheasantcountry.com.
