I see a little rain on the radar moving through N. SD and ND. I hope ND and SD get some rain today.

10 day forecast shows a chance of rain here and there.

Fingers crossed!
 
I'm watching the radar and it looks like that rain moved in, moslty in ND and northern SD so far!

Just a heads up. If you go to weather.com, type in the town you are looking for and then click on monthly it will give you the precip total for everyday of the month.
 
We had some rain across most of eastern SD last night. Along with came wind and hail. Winds in a few areas clocked near 100 mph. Quite a bit of damage in some places. Not sure how much rain was gotten but the front stretched pretty much from the ND border to the NE border as it passed through.

i use that resource too, but so often they show the same amount for any town within a 30 mile radius of where you are looking.....far from accurate, but better than nothing.
 
Go to this site. Type in the location and select the date. when you get to the next page scroll down and it will show you the precip for that day.

Got 2 inches plus a tornado in Redfield (Frankfort) area. Some trees and limbs down, but no major damage or injuries. 80mph winds in thunderstorm.
