So where does everyone think the best quail hunting is going to be for this upcoming season? I've heard good things about Oklahoma....any other states looking good?
 
I'm actually surprised by the number and size of Brooks I've seen around, I dont expect a banner year but walks with the pups shouldn't prove futile despite our harsh, prolonged drought.

Yes we run into them all the time. You have to keep you eyes open and dont go sticking your hands in any bush to pick up a downed quail before you look real Close.
