I've been taking care of 80 acres up in Pike County Missouri for the last 4 years and I went up there to do some work this weekend. I heard a lot of bob whites calling!!! Years prior I have never heard them. So I am encouraged!!! The land owner let CRP expire a few years ago too. The neighbor is doing some quail friendly habitat, but they were all over the property I take care of. Has anyone heard any pheasant or quail in their neck of the woods?
