here we go again in the middle of another planting season rain,rain,rain. rivers and creeks are flooding like normal. instead of the crp (money pit) that only benefits a few lucky enough to hunt there. or the taxpayers covering any part of the crop insurance program. why can't they just buy out the flood prone areas. it would improve water quality and soil erosion
