Pheasant Fest 2010 Febuary 26 - 28

I'll be there!

I'm excited about what PF/QF is doing in regards to the Farm Bill Biologist program. I'd like to see similar things moving for youth!

I plan to be there, but man my 2010 calendar is filling up fast. Too bad I have to work for a living. So far nine major events in the first four months. Work is really getting in the way.

I can't make it but my good friend Chris Riddle will be giving seminars. He'll also have the 6R's Kennel booth if you're looking for a great GSP. Tell him Dan and Elsie said hello.

Talked the wife into it last year, delivered a dog for a friend.
Now she is pregnant and due in early March so it is just too far from home:(
Have a beer for me!

Just booked a hotel room on priceline.com for the first time. Retail said it was for $119/night and I bid $60/night and got it. 3 star about 2 blks from event location. I'm happy with the rate.

Maybe we could do a UPH happy hour at the hotel or nearby location either Friday and/or Sat night?

Whats the name of the hotel? You may be paying for location (which isnt very fun).

Although, if you are close to court ave, there is a lot of different restaraunts and bars. There's a German bar that sells nothing but German beers.

I live about 15 minutes from downtown. Let me know if you need any tips on getting around or places to go.
