I think the wheels have already been put in motion on this and while it certainly isn't good news it's not all gloom and doom. They are still planning to release 170-180,000 birds, that's still a good number. If you remember not that long ago they were releasing just over 100,000 and at that number we still had good action virtually every time out! I have to believe the PGC understands the importance of the Pheasant Program to the future of ALL hunting in the State.
