usually people just started going off in whatever directions they felt like and the whole plan of attack fell apart into chaos. Sometimes we still did alright and sometimes the birds would fly off without any shots fired.
(LOL) 1GB I feel your pain with keeping guys in line and on course. The guys that have been at it awhile know what to do, but the new guys can't keep a line for the life of them.
I even delt with this at work last year. I had a job working on upland and wetland habitat restoration. We had some really smart kids in college working with us over the summer. When it came to forming and following a line (to herbicide) they just couldn't comprehend the system. I guess I just take it for granted how easy it is, but then again I've been walking drives since I was a kid.
