hunted the NW region friday and today. Talk about DRY and DUSTY! Dogs worked their tails off! But over all it wasnt to bad of a trip. Actually saw alot more birds than we expected, but not near as many as last year. We worked hard and came up with 12 roosters yesterday. Not for sure what we ended today with but around lunch we had 5. there are birds out there folks, they are just very spread out and hard to find, but we saw probably 7-1 hens to roosters on the weekend. it was a fun trip as always, will probably try to make out there at least one more time this year.
