Any early reports? There is good cover in my part of the state. Good cover plus decent moisture throughout the year equals birds! My glasses 1/2 FULL!

The cover around Valentine was great. Only saw 5 Sharpies in about 12 miles this weekend. I'm not certain that the numbers are that low, I'm still figuring things out.

Cover is better than an average year! Hard to find the grouse.

Hunted two weekends ago, the cover was great but also had a hard time finding them. It was in the ninety’s Friday and rained all night Saturday until 10 am Sunday. So really only got to hunt Saturday and a couple hours Sunday,saw 16
