Here's Lucy, my 10-week-old Lab pup, on her first encounter with a wing-clipped pigeon.

Beyond thrilled with this initial showing. Can't wait to get her back to her native Montana next October.

I know the feeling, I am picking up a new pup tomorrow.
But this season will be fun with Indy and my daughter's pup Mia in her first season.
