New SoDak Phez stamp? Rumor? oR?

Other states have stamps or their like. That's fine, I can't justify the cost of each pheasant I shoot for any reason other than fun. If the money actually goes to habitat like improved WIA's I am more than for it, in fact I would pay twice that much. However that will probably not be the case and it will just go to the general fund for parks to help with their deficit . As they said it is a business and businesses are supposed to make money and programs like the brood survey don't make money and off they go. As a nonresident to all pheasant states I have no problem paying more to hunt than the residents and if they want to hit the NR hunter with increased fees so be it. Maybe let the kids hunt cheap to bring in more hunters though.
 
Personally, I'm in favor of paying a bit more. Heading to SD from FL is expensive to start, another $25 - $75 won't make difference compared to the total bill. I'd be happy to contribute a little more to enjoy this Adventure and grow the habitat.
